We have completed a major feature upgrade to our voice platform overnight. This upgrade was the final step required to bring full multi-server trunk failover and high availability online across our SIP servers, so that voice service can shift automatically between servers if one becomes unavailable, with no action needed on your end.
The work was done inside a planned maintenance window and involved a brief interruption to calls in progress. Service has been fully restored and verified, and phone systems have re-registered automatically. No further disruption is expected.
