(maintenance update)

SIP-1,2,3 servers have been upgraded to implement STIR/SHAKEN signing. Scheduled outage began at 2am MST on November 30th, with maintenance completed at 5am MST. Direct traffic monitoring indicates normal call flow, but we will continue to monitor throughout the day to ensure normal call delivery.
