Audio issues on inbound calls Thursday 10th October 2024 12:38:00


The problem is with one of our upstream carriers, who have acknowledged a network issue in Western Canada.

We have no ETR from them yet,

Outgoing calls are generally working at the moment

If you see a call you can't answer, you can call them back right away.

Upstream carrier confirmed that as of 4:08pm MDT, problems have been resolved. There should be no further related issues.

Calls now seem mostly to be working, but as of 3:12pm, the upstream carrier was still reporting some issues with no ETR, so there may still be lingering problems.
